Jill fell in love with helping people realize their dreams of home ownership through mortgage loans after she moved here from Missouri in 1993. A MIZZOU grad (University of Missouri-Columbia), she is experienced and highly skilled with every type of loan product. She listens to her clients and helps them navigate the loan process best suited for their individual needs. Jill believes that technology is meant only as a tool to further assist with that process. Jill is also licensed to make home loans in her home state of Missouri. Prior to working at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Jill worked at several different types of mortgage companies. She headed the Mortgage Department at Bank of Nevada, and owned her own company at Precision Home Loans. Ms. Amonica enjoys reading, traveling and watching her favorite teams, which include her daughter’s college volleyball team, the Kansas City Chiefs, St. Louis Cardinals & of course the Vegas Golden Knights. In addition to being a sports fanatic, Jill is in love with her 3 year old Havanese, Jana, who fills her spare time since Danielle left for college. Jill also enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with friends.
